Season Pass Protection

Burke Mountain is happy to extend a credit forward to our valued passholders who are unable to use their passes due to injury/illness during the month of December, as long as a doctor’s note is provided. The doctor’s note must specifically state that due to the injury/illness, the passholder is unable to ski or ride for the remainder of the season. For injury/illness after December, Season Pass Protection is available for an additional charge of $20 per pass at time
of purchase.

If you choose to purchase Season Pass Protection and can provide a doctor’s note stating that you are unable to use your pass due to injury/illness, the following credit policy will apply:

JANUARY**
full credit of the purchase price of your season pass towards your following season pass

FEBRUARY**
2/3 credit of the purchase price of your season pass towards your following years season pass

MARCH**
1/3 credit of the purchase price of your season pass towards your following years season pass

Season Pass Protection includes one (1) complimentary replacement pass should your pass become lost or stolen. Normal replacement fees for lost or stolen passes are $25.00. No cash refunds will be provided. If you choose to decline Season Pass Protection, you will not be eligible for any credit forward for your season pass after December 31, 2013. Please also note that passes are non-transferrable and not for resale.

**Doctor’s note must be provided to Burke Mountain during these time frames in order to receive the credit. No doctor’s note will be accepted after the last day of the season.
