SKIER PROGRAMS
Mini E's (Ages 3-5)This program is designed to create a positive skiing experience for small children. Students will work with the same instructor every week, encouraging relationships and setting the safe for a lifetime of skiing. Skilled instructors will deliver a playful group experience including on snow games, drills and indoor ski related activities.
Lower Mountain Explorers (Ages 4-8)The Mountain Explorers program will focus on fundamental ski technique development, group communication, and low impact games and drills aimed at improving focus and coordination. Each individual will receive personal coaching focused on the basic skills of skiing, stance, turn shape, carving, and effective use of ski poles on gentle green terrain.
All Mountain Explorer (Ages 4-8) The All Mountain Explorers focus on using a variety of terrain to improve all mountain skills. Drills focus on balance, stance, and edging on blue and green terrain while maintaining a non-competitive atmosphere.
Burke Bombers (Ages 11-15)
The ultimate free skier experience. The Burke Bombers work every week to hone the skills needed to be and all mountain ripper. This includes bumps, trees and carving the steeps.

BURKE FREESTYLE PROGRAMS (SKIERS ONLY)
Burke Rippers (Ages 6-12)This Program focuses on both entry level and competitive aspects of freestyle skiing. Using a combination of athlete driven coaching, Burke's progression parks along with an emphasis on safety this program will engage participants to grow a love of skiing through freestyle.Burke Freestyle Team (7-13)The Burke Freestyle team is designed from the ground up to introduce young skiers to the competitive side of freestyle skiing. Our mission is to instill a life-long love of skiing by fostering a passion for freestyle ski progression. By combining athlete driven coaching with Burke Mountain's progressive terrain parks we have created the perfect foundation for a competitive freestyle ski team focused on safe, fun learning. Our coaches will work with the team members to develop the necessary skill set required to ski any feature found in the terrain park. Our team will compete in at least three USASA slope-style and half-pipe events around Northern Vermont.

BMA JUNIOR RACE PROGRAMS (Ages 7-14)
Aspiring ski racers learn from and show off their skills to instructors from Burke Mountain Academy.The BMA Junior Program is an official USSA member club and also part of the Northern Vermont Council of the Vermont Alpine Race Association (VARA).
J7 (Ages 5-7)
The J-7 program is offered through the Burke Mountain Coaching Center and is designed for young skiers with aspirations of joining the Burke Mountain Academy Junior Race Program when they become of age. The J7s spend the season free-skiing on a variety of terrain and working through a common junior race progression. An emphasis will be placed on familiarizing the J7s with racing terminology and fundamentals within a free-ski context to ease their transition to the BMA program.
