Not everyone gets what makes Burke Mountain such a unique place. And we wanted Camber Heights to feel like it fits the mountain, its heritage and its people. Enter J.B. Clancy, architect at Boston’s Albert, Righter & Tittmann Architects and graduate of Burke Mountain Academy. Who better to bring this new community to life than someone who, quite literally, grew up on the very slopes Camber Heights sits at the base of? When designing these new single-family homes, he drew inspiration from his years around the mountain, referencing the classic Vermont cottages and barns in the design. So if you ski past a Camber home and spot an angle or detail that recalls a barn you know on Rt. 114, it’s not a fluke, it’s just one of perks of finding an architect who is a product of our mountain environment.
