The View Pub, on the 2nd floor of the Burke Hotel, offers a cozy atmosphere and breathtaking year-round views of the Willoughby Gap. Enjoy a full-service bar with local Vermont craft beers (like Fiddlehead, Lawson’s, and Switchback), signature cocktails, and a menu featuring local ingredients, including favorites like signature burgers, crispy chicken sandwiches, and ribeye steak. Perfect after a day of skiing, biking, or hiking.

Slopeside Café

Location: Burke Hotel (2nd Floor)
Hours: Open daily at 7AM; closing hours vary.

Rise and shine! The Slopeside Café is a mountain-side café on the Burke Hotel's 2nd floor, located at the base of the Mid-Burke Express lift. Stop by for locally roasted coffee and a hearty breakfast sandwich to fuel your day on the slopes or trails. Swing by and grab a bite before you go conquer the mountain!

Kingdom Café

Location: Sherburne Base Lodge (1st Floor)
Hours:

  • Thursday–Friday, 12:00PM – 3:00 PM
  • Saturday–Sunday, 11:00AM – 3:00 PM

Located on the 1st floor of the Sherburne Base Lodge, the Kingdom Cafeteria is your spot for a quick, satisfying meal of mountain classics. Choose from juicy grilled burgers, crispy chicken tenders, fries, hearty soups, chowders, chili, and fresh-baked cookies.

Bear Den

Location: Mid-Burke Lodge

Hours: Opens daily at 11AM once the Mid Burke Express is spinning;we stay open as long as our friends and guests are here.

Experience authentic Vermont après-ski at the legendary Bear Den in Mid-Burke Lodge, the perfect post-slopes hideaway. Unwind by the fire with a full bar offering a rotating selection of local craft beers on tap, domestic classics, and a wide array of spirits. It’s the heart of the Burke community.

Tamarack Pub

Location: Sherburne Base Lodge (2nd Floor)
Hours: Weekends and holiday weeks. Winter season only.

The perfect ski-in, ski-out après spot. Click out of your bindings, walk upstairs, and you're there. Local craft beers on tap, a full bar, and the kind of neighborly buzz that makes Burke feel like Burke. Swap stories from the day, thaw out with friends old and new.

Bear Essentials

Location: Burke Mountain Hotel (1st Floor)
Hours: Open Daily

Bear Essentials, located on the 1st floor of the Burke Mountain Hotel, is your go-to for quick snacks, basic grocery items for the self-sufficient overnighter, and Burke-inspired gear and souvenirs.

BURKE VILLAGE & Beyond

  • Auntie Dee Dee’s: Located on the Burke Mountain Access road, Auntie Dee Dees offers pastries, breads, homemade specialty sandwiches, locally roasted coffee, teas and more. Weekends only.

  • Inn at Burklyn: Locally sourced fine dining. Delicious grownup night out.
  • Mike’s Tiki Bar: A mtn bike institution, open May - Oct. local food trucks featured along with 30+ local brews on tap.
  • NEK Country Store: Stop in for breakfast, lunch (pizza and sandwiches) or snacks like baked goods.
  • Cafe Lotti: Specialty coffee shop offering homemade breakfast and lunch
  • The Orange Rind: Dining and pub, live music,outdoor seating in summer right on the Kingdom Trails, great cocktails and local brews
  • Tomassoni’s Bistro: Takeout pizza, salads and other specials. Open Friday-Monday.
  • Wildflower Inn: The Wildflower Restaurant features lunch, dinner and pub menus in a comfortable Vermont inn setting.
