TO QUALIFY FOR BIKE PARK GROUP RATES AT BURKE MOUNTAIN

  • Arrangements must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Minimum group size is 12 people.
  • Payment for all tickets must be made by one person as one payment prior to distribution of tickets.
  • Group leader is responsible for ticket distribution.
  • 1 comp. per every 12 in group.

TO QUALIFY FOR WINTER GROUP RATES AT BURKE MOUNTAIN

  • Arrangements must be made 48 hours in advance.
  • At the time of finalizing arrangements, a Group Contract will be produced and signed by both parties.
  • Minimum group size is 20 people.
  • Payment for all tickets/rentals/lessons must be made by one person as one payment prior to distribution of tickets.
  • Group leader is responsible for disbursement of group tickets.
  • All unused tickets and/or vouchers must be returned to the Group Sales Representative no later than 11:30 am on day of arrival.
  • Standard Comp. Ratio: for every 20 paid lift tickets, the group will be provided with one (1) complimentary ticket.
